Glow Pilates

Simple online handoff

Last updated: May 26, 2026

Where everything lives online

This is the simple map for daily Glow work. Choose what you need to do, open the matching tool, make the change, and check the result.

What Was Rebuilt

The new setup separates the business tools properly: website editing, booking, normal email, automated email, and domain security each have a clear place.

1

The website now has an editor

Before, most website updates were developer work. Now common edits happen in Sanity: homepage copy, services, pricing text, retreats, rooms, brochures, FAQs, testimonials, and team details.

2

The domain and inboxes moved to a cleaner home

Before, the domain was with GoDaddy and mail was on cPanel. Now the domain account and Glow mailboxes are in Infomaniak, while Cloudflare DNS controls where the website and email records point.

3

Email sending is properly separated

Infomaniak is for human inboxes and replies. Resend is for website and customer emails: contact form notices, retreat interest emails, registration confirmations, staff notifications, hotel forwards, and campaigns.

4

Email trust and spam risk were improved

Domain records were hardened so mail providers can better trust Glow emails: SPF authorizes senders, DKIM signs automated mail, DMARC rejects spoofing, and MTA-STS protects delivery to Infomaniak.

5

The website has safer form handling

Cloudflare now runs and protects the site. Public forms use spam protection and rate limits, and important submissions are stored in the site database for review instead of disappearing into email only.

6

Normal email is easier to manage

Infomaniak provides webmail, a mobile app, signatures, mailbox users, and guided device setup. Adding a Glow mailbox to an iPhone is now a normal Infomaniak settings task.

New Stack Cost

Recurring costs for the new website/email stack, based on the current handoff figures. Sanity and Cloudflare should stay free for Glow's practical use. Existing Bsport subscription costs are not included here.

Infomaniak domain

CHF 9.89per year

Domain account at Infomaniak.

Infomaniak mail

CHF 27.50per year

Mail server/mailboxes for normal Glow email.

Resend

USD 20per month

Transactional website emails and customer campaigns.

Sanity

CHF 0.00should stay free

CMS/editor is free for Glow's current content needs, and Glow is not expected to outgrow that use case.

Cloudflare

CHF 0.00should stay free

Hosting, DNS, protection, database, and sessions are well within free limits and should remain there for Glow's scale.

Owner summary: the new fixed stack cost is CHF 37.39/year for Infomaniak domain and mail, plus USD 20/month for Resend. Sanity and Cloudflare are CHF 0.00 and should remain free for Glow's use case.

The Four Tools

Each tool has one main job. Keeping updates in the right place prevents confusion later.

  • French and English fields when both appear
Customer emails

  • Retreat interest and registration emails
  • Staff notifications and hotel-forwarding emails
  • Campaigns, announcements, promotions, and newsletters
  • Delivery tracking, unsubscribes, and customer lists
Bookings + payments

Bsport

The studio operations tool. Use it for classes, clients, accounts, and payment setup.

  • Passes, packs, and memberships
  • Client accounts, checkout, and payments
